Returns Eligibility:
● Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
● Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
● Return request must be initiated by contacting our customer care team at sanjanaenterprise466@gmail.com or calling +91 87583 67352.
Non-Returnable Items:
● Custom-made or personalized items
● Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
● Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Exchange Policy:
● Exchanges are offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
● In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Refunds:
● Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
● Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
● Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.
